Hoping someone can advise me on a good shopping centre for home products like this.

I'll second what @Peaches said - electronics are more expensive in Mauritius than in other countries such as Europe. When moving here, you are allowed to bring in personal belonging and you wouldn't be taxed on the items, so it might be a better idea to check out the prices in your country of origin first and compare with what's been suggested here.

I use Maxi Juicer and it blends well.
It's around Rs5000 (a good one though).

I think its more on what is available rather than where to get one. As you may be aware most things in Mauritius are over priced such as juicers. Also there are very limited brands available and for a juicer you need one that's not only powerful but reliable too but I have seen Phillips being sold here.

Personally I would advise you to purchase it outside of Mauritius but if you can't then you can get one at the following places: Courts, Kalachand, Cash and Carry those are a few well known places I can think of but there are many other shops where you can purchase home appliances.

Have something to say?
