DefiMedia has recently launched Web TV for us Mauritians. This will allow anyone with a decent internet connection to watch shows online. They do not have many programmes at the moment but hopefully that will change later on. Currently they have a Reality Show (Couple Presque Parfait), Archives Criminelles and Pour ou Contre.

It's quite a good start although we need to remember 2 bottlenecks - first slow internet connections will have a bad user experience and second lack of choice will mean less visitors.

So what's your opinion about it and which shows would you like to watch?

Its really nice. I would not prefer to like something in particular, but anything that is interesting would please me to watch..

Don't you think they should include some documentaries (nature/science) and some other highly rated programmes?

They should have included a daily News. The MBC one is unwatchable.

Documentaries yeah, will be good. I think the objective of this tv shows would be achieved, when they will go down the street house by house and mount up a documentary for the poor people! How they live, their conditions of life, their states of their homes, the number of times they get to eat per day. I think this would be best for me...
