Hi everyone,
I lost the username and password as well as the password of the gmail account I I used to create a profile at govmu.org. So now , since each user is associated with a particular NIC number , this means that I can no longer create another profile. Any solution on this matter would be very grateful. I need to create a new profile, or how to recover my old account (I did everything needed to recover the old gmail account including the gmail forum but with no success) for various online applications on that website. Thank you.

Ok My Account was resetted and I can sign in again.

Steps:
1. Send an email to support@ncb.mu describing the problem you're facing
2. Wait for reply and follow the procedure written within.
3. They will give you your username and you have to create your new password.
4. log in with the username sent to you and your new password.
