Problem receiving picture message on mobile phone

Someone sent me a picture message from abroad (UK) but instead of displaying the photo on my iPhone, it showed a text message with a link to the foreign mobile operator's website with a passcode to view the picture. That's defeats the purpose of MMS.

Does anyone know if there's any setting that I need to configure to be able to receive/send picture messages here? I'm on Emtel btw...

For best solution, call on Emtel's hotline.

I think its 888 if i am not wrong!
