I want to know if days off and weekends or public holidays and Sundays count in the 84 days of maternity leave.

where i work they have count all off days and i have one week end off per month....my maternity start on the 29 of july .....

No they count the days that you are supposed to work as entitlement for maternity leave but if you work on the weekends then they are included. Then again some companies include weekends as your maternity leave.

Annual leave and bank holidays are separate as everyone is entitled to them.

Your maternity entitlement is only for the days that you work. So if you don't work weekends, then they would be excluded from the maternity leave. Your holiday entitlement is not counted towards it as well. Public holidays are for everyone, so as you can guess, those are not included in the calculation. Hope that clears things for you.
