Rapidshare speed in Mauritius does not change even with premium account?
I once bought premium. The speed was same as free user (around 60kbps). The only thing I could do was parallel download with divided speed.

No you are not getting it man
With the free account there is kinda of a limit in the speed of the download and you can't resume your downloads
With Premium feature , you get unlimited bandwidth and you get some additional features
regarding the speed you must upgrade your plan with your isp

For the first 3-4 days the speed was the same as the free user. Then the speed "magically" boosted. My download speed at its best is about 120-140 kbps. But sometimes it decreases. The speed does not really change if you think about it...
Nopes, never bought any kind of premium account when torrents are still here :) And for the problem you got, you should have contacted them, they would have done the necessary.
Actually I got it free from a contest but they bought it for me (the admin group). If anyone ever used it in mauritius i want feedback.
