Tertiary Education - Top UP for IT

Hello everybody,
I got a Diploma in IT and also working on shifts in an IT company. I was considering a Top Up programme in a Distance learning mode since I may not always be free for attending classes.
UTM and UOM do not have Distance Learning and Open Uni has no current offers.
What suggestions are possibly open?

try american universities if they are in your budget... many of them have distant learning options
