The Mahatma Gandhi Institute (MGI) & Rabindranath Tagore Institute (RTI) offers the following course :
BA (Hons) Fine Arts (Painting - Printmaking - Sculpture - Applied Art)
Check their website here to enquire about fees and other drawing classes they may offer.
You can also get in touch with art teachers from secondary schools for private tuition. This might be a better option if you're doing this as a hobby or beginner and don't really want to take an exam to get a certification.
