After Happy Valley now Imperial China Restaurant. Is it a coincidence every Chinese owned restaurant does not abide to hygienic standards?

hey its quite racist to pinpoint this at chinese restos. i particularly like chinese food and find this a bit odd. why dont you take notice that KFC is not chinese? as well as the kebab seller who intoxicated hundreds of people once. and ever passed by the restos in the curepipe bazar? i wonder how they still operate legally in such a dirty place? and have you noticed?? there are no chinese there. so stop pinpointing at chinese. this happen to restos of all kinds. it depends on the people operating it.

I think its in their nature to be dirty.

of course there are some exceptions but i do like to think that they are business minded people and thus they dont think that consumers will ever find out about their hygene stuffs... anyway better be cautious next time :/
