What are those delicious Bredes Sifflettes / Soufflette called in English?
I just had a plate of some delicious leaves called BREDES SIFFLETTES. What are they called in english? Or french? Or Latin?

I think you mean brede souflette. Does it look like this:
If yes, then the english name is Water Spinach (scientific name is Ipomoea aquatica) known in french as Brede Chouflette.
