Paypal in 2016

Hi, I know that previously Mauritius was not able to receive money through Paypal, but when I was surfing the Paypal websites I came across a page about transaction fees for cross-border payments in Mauritius. So I was wondering if maybe it was possible to receive money now? Is there someone here who were able to receive money through paypal??
