Can I do my post graduate in Germany when I have a Bsc from University of Mauritius?

Recognition is done by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport in Germany. So you will need to get in touch with them about your current undergraduate degree and the post graduate course you're looking to do.
Any particular reason you're choosing Germany?
