You could try maths but you should consider working harder in order to get better grades. I believe university math is much more complex than HSC Math.

Psychology is relatively easier, and there are so many women opting for it these days. The good thing about a carrier in psychology is that you can eventually work for yourself, in your own home. It's not very stressful and you would be your own boss.
The negative is that you will very likely have to deal with depressed clients, and this could negatively impact on your morale, specially if you get emotionally involved.

Hey Olivia,

You should do what you want the most, because the market changes. BSc in Maths will end you as teacher at most, if you don't enjoy pointless. Psychology is a great field, you surely will end up a job with, totally up to you.

Actually Olivia, neither psychology nor math are easy subjects... you should choose what you really love. Talking with different psychology students, most of them will tell you its a difficult subjects and it is the same for maths. If you really enjoy one of those subject then go for it,(for example there is a friend of mine who has a ph.D in math and math is fun for him) so it depends, like lots of teachers has always said, if you love something then you are going to succeed in it.
However there are time that you like something, for example one might like math but he/she gets a C in it.Usually people are going to say you are weak at it, you shouldn't do it...but thats not true...i have known a person who fail 1000 times at something he really loved but he didn't give up( read his interview http://www.adambohn.com/my-story.html )..and right now he is someone very successful...so do something you really love...a simple exams do not show your real capacity and intelligence!
