Buying a PC case on ebay

I want to buy a pc case costing Rs3720

Height : 20 inch
Width : 8.1
Depth : 20.5

Please tell me if it would get blocked at the customs or not because of its size??

Will it arrive at my post office just like any item??

I'm pretty positive it will be blocked by customs and you'll have to go to the Parcel Office to collect it.

I think they will put a card ( forgot which colour though) in your mailbox for you to come and collect probably at the parcel office
