Youtube has been blocked in pakistan because of blasphemy.Is it good or bad?

Google which owns YouTube is an advocate of freedom of information. If they start taking things down because it clashes with the views of one group (religious, professional, ethnic etc), then surely that will mean access to information will be restricted and we'll be living in a society where dictators rule. In China, they have blocked access to google.cn because the Chinese government does not want its citizens to have access to too much information because that could become a problem for their ruling. Google did not want to moderate its search facility and China has blocked the search engine.

Blocking YouTube is a great loss for Pakistanis.

If you read how youtube reacted to the Paki recommendation's then it's super that it's blocked.

DailyMotion is sure to get high views in the future.

And please do not believe all the news, videos and pictures you see in official websites. They film a small group of people burning flags and accuse every citizen of doing this. This is propaganda. Think before accepting. Peace.
