No No. I usually finish a 300ml bottle in a week. But lately its getting over in 4-5 days lol.

I'm eating a lot and I'm sure that I'm gonna finish a bottle at once...soon enough.

lol no but I have gone overboard before and I felt really sickly, I would not recommend it
