I have done a course for six month in the training for elderly and disabled, is it possible for me to get a job abroad?

I doubt a six month course will get you far, usually internationally recognised courses take a minimum of a year to complete.

Do you have any country in mind where you'd like to work? And as khush said, you need to state which professional institution recognises the training you've undergone.
