Does anyone know where I can get an RJ11 to RJ45 cable to use a different router than MyT's modem?

I've got MyT at home and I don't find the modem they supply for internet to be very good. The modem/livebox sits in my living room and the WiFi signal gets really weak in one room which is on the same floor but a couple of metres away (about 10m).
That's why I'd like to use my NetGear router instead but the problem is that the cable that comes out of the telephone filter expects an RJ11 plug at the modem but my router needs an RJ45 plug instead.
I can get the cable on ebay but I wanted to know where I could find that in a local shop in Mauritius.
Thanks.

There's a shop opposite Lampotang in Port Louis that sells all kinds of cables. It's a really old shop owned by an old chinese man. You'll know it's that shop because it's quite run down and you'll see cables in their front window. You might be able to get it from there if it exists or get it made there especially for you.
Only the guy in Transcom Rose-Hill can fix that for you! I buy all my cross-over cable there.
Thanks for the heads up Khush.
However I was too hasty to sort out the problem that I forgot that I have a NetGear router and I still need to have the modem from MyT to get internet. The modem that Mauritius Telecom provides has wireless capabilities but if you wanted to connect the router, all you have to do is connect a network cable from the MyT modem to the router.
Once I've done that I was able to access internet through the Netgear router. Note that you would be able to see both wireless networks on your computer (the MyT wireless modem and the Netgear router in my case). You just need to select which one you want to connect to.
The router did not solve my problem because the signals are being blocked by the solid concrete walls in my house but I was able to bypass the problem by hanging the MyT modem on a wall in my corridor to provide better wireless transmission.
So the Netgear router is now back in storage :)
