I think the government gives this for free in public hospitals and dispensary. But private dentist can charge you up to Rs40,000.

If not I would recommend you to go to your local dispensary. I heard that in La Caverne Area Health Care Center (dispensary) there's a wonderful lady dentist there and does her work well.
