Either one who comes 'a domicile' or one who has his business somewhere..

It would be better if you take it to the manufacturer's dealer rather than some random person to be honest. I've heard stories of people taking out genuine bits and bobs from appliances when they are handed over for repairs. With an authorised dealer, you will get a repair warranty at least.
