You need a Certificate of No Impediment (CNI). To get this certificate, you will need to be in the Philippines for 21 days before making the request to the British Embassy in Manila.
Assuming none of you are widows/divorced, the British citizen will need the following:
- UK Passport
- Notice of Marriage
For the Philippine citizen, these documents will be required:
- Birth certificate
- CENOMAR matching details on birth certificate and/or passport
Please check out this link from the British Embassy Manila to get more information.
