Are courses recognised by the MFA or the CAF offered?

You must obligatory contact the MFA.

Here's one of its statute: 2.2.1 • be responsible for the formation of coaches, referees and official

They haven't put anything regarding the procedures though. And it seems logic that you must have playing experience.
