NTC Route No 244: Port Louis (Victoria Square) - Roche Bois - Mer Rouge (Mauritius Freeport Authority)

UBS Route No 76: Port Louis (Transportation Centre) - Cite Roche Bois [With extension to Mer Rouge (Freeport)]

You can check the routes on the link for the bus service information for Mauritius.

You can also take the taxi marron (taxi train) which is considered public transport too with fares just a tiny bit more than the bus one.

I think they have at the immigration bus station
