Hi,

Please advise if there's any procedure to be made with NTA if I want to change the colour of the car.

I guess you will need to inform them,
because your insurance policy includes colour if im not mistaken

It's an offence for failing to notify nta for the change in colour. Very often stolen vehicles are used by wrongdoers to commit criminal offences, and a vehicle which is known to be a certain colour during registration, to be tracked by police and not to be mislead by disguising another colour, type, make, and registration number.
