Sewing fabric supplier
I have really started to get into sewing but I also need small pieces of scrap fabric for smaller projects. Anyone know of a place that sells offcuts or a bag of scrap material?

Why don't you try your luck about some local factories, by scrap fabric, you mean parts which they don't need? You might get them if you have fabric factories to your near residence and if you are good with the people. Try posting your passion on social networks, maybe you'll find a luck finding someone interested in providing you with the necessary stuffs you need
