I've seen them being sold in a shop on the way to the botanical gardens in Curepipe. It was next to a police station and they sell lots of expensive handbags, polo shirts, and shoes including converse for around Rs2000 if memory serves right.

Update : At Jumbo Riche Terre, there's a Levi Strauss & Co shop which sells them in all different colours.
