Tsunami waves will reach Mauritius on this 11/04/2012 ?

I think people got scared because of the damage done by the last tsunami. This more is more of a danger to Indonesia and surrounding countries and Mauritius will only experience after effects of the tsunami, so I doubt there's going to be any threat here.

Many parents are telling their children to come home early in case there will be heavy traffic. From the latest news I got here, some teachers/lecturers finished their class early.

Precaution is better than cure, even if I guess now that Mauritius is safe.

Don't think it reached Mauritius though, since no alert has been issued by the government till now.
