Anyone knows where i can buy screen printing stuff in mauritius?

Hi everyone,
I've got some questions and i'd be grateful if some of you could answer me.
Well, i'd like to know where i could buy screen printing stuff(machine,inks,etc) in mauritius.I searched a lot but can't seem to find any here and my only choice would be to import.And secondly where i could buy blank tshirts in mauritius.do you think that textile companies sell them to mauritians or mainly export.Thanks for you help.
