This is the list of the craters. Are they volcanoes? Because definition of crater here seems to be of volcanic origin.

They could very well have been volcanoes before but not all of them are still considered to be volcanoes now. They might be dead volcanoes as opposed to dormant ones. As you probably know, the distinction here is that dormant or active volcanoes have green vegetation around them.
