Looks like you're going to write your blog based on newspapers articles, perhaps coming out with your own conclusions. I would like to see it soon :)

If you contact the newspaper company itself (Lexpress, Le Mauricien etc), you will be able to get old copies in print. You can also get some news stories on their websites.
