You could try Citizen Sports too as they do sports equipment.
All Sports, Most Hypermarkets
Or Santosha groms - I don't know who these guys are but I've seen their videos on YT. You could pm them if you want professional items.

Why would you want to roller blade on the roads here in Mauritius, they're dangerous enough as it is?
