Has anyone ever been there?
I'd like to know if it's worth a visit and whether the prices are reasonable.

The shell museum has been moved to Port-Louis now and entrance is free. It's called the Mikado Shell Museum and was founded by Vic Chakowa in 1972. As the founder was a great scuba diver himself, the museum hosts a comprehensive list of shells from his collections as well as those from Descrozilles who's been a shell collector for a long time.
The museum is located on the first floor of the building and the address is :
6, Sir William Newton Street
Port-Louis
Opening hours:
Monday - Friday: 09 00am-05 00pm
Saturday:09 00am-01 00pm
It's definitely worth a visit :)
