Selling a land in Mauritius

I am 74, live in Rodrigues island. I have a plot of land I want to sell in Baie Du Tombeau. In 2020 I was in Mauritius and paid an agent (courtier) Rs7k to clear the land and put up for sale signs up. I went back in 2023, nothing has been done. The plot of land is divided in 3 lots, my sister 68 years old, my brother who passed away in 2019 and me. Each plot of land is 240M². Someone built a house on the land in the 2004, which overrun on all 3 plots. My sister, who also lives in Rodrigues went to Mauritius in 2023 to sort out the land. We paid a property lawyer Rs30k in December 2023. I've called him on several occasions and emailed him many times, without any success. We can't afford to go to Mauritius to sort out the problem.
