As a bundle from an ecommerce shop, you can get it for around Rs16,000. It comes with the Killzone 3 game. Check this website.
However there are many people on Facebook selling it from as low as Rs8500. It might be modified as well and therefore you'll be able to play non-genuine games. I don't think these PS3 come with warranties though, so you'd have to be careful if you buy from these sellers.
